It will be deducted from the card on file any TIME or DATE Please be mindful •25$ deposit is required (non refundable). All appointments after 4p and after is considered a "SQUEEZE IN" +$50 •I charge $50 for Squeeze ins. Before hours 4a-7a; $50 fee on top of balance. •Sunday appointment? +$35 •Cash for remaining balance! $7 Fee to use Apple Pay or Cashapp. •Failure to complete form will result in you’re appointment being cancelled!
